What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order means you are purchasing an item before it is available in our warehouse. We reserve the product for you and arrange to import or source it. Once the item arrives, we ship it directly to you. Pre-orders are usually pre-paid and have a longer delivery time than in-stock products, as they may involve international shipping and customs clearance.
Why does the delivery take longer for pre-orders?
Pre-order items are not stocked locally and are specially imported for you. Delivery times depend on the shipping method: - Air Freight Express: 10–15 business days (excluding holidays); - Air Freight Standard: 15–30 business days (excluding holidays); - Sea Freight: 60–75 business days (excluding holidays); These timelines may vary due to factors such as international shipping schedules, customs clearance, public holidays, natural calamities, wars, unexpected global events, changes in tariffs, or government law and policy changes.
