Delivery, Cancellation & Replacement Policy

India Warehouse Products

Products available in our India warehouse will usually be delivered within 2 to 7 business days.

Imported / International Products

All imported or international products are available only for prepaid orders. These products will usually be delivered within 30 to 45 business days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 60 days, depending on product availability, import clearance, shipping delays, or other unavoidable circumstances.

International Import Duties & Charges

All international customers are responsible for paying their respective import charges, customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, or any other applicable fees in their country. We collect only the international shipping charges from the customer. Any import duty or customs-related payment must be paid directly by the customer as per their country’s rules and regulations.

Crossbow Orders

All crossbow orders will be imported through sea freight and may take approximately 3 months for delivery.

We work hard to import these unique products and serve customers across India. For many products, we perform quality checks and may share product photos or videos with the customer for confirmation before dispatch.

Cancellation, Address Change & Exchange

Once the order is shipped and picked up by the courier service, order cancellation, address change, or product exchange request cannot be accepted.

Please provide the correct address, phone number, and product selection at the time of placing the order.

Fraudulent orders, false claims, or misuse of the return/replacement process will be strictly rejected.

Replacement Policy

We do not offer a general return policy. Replacement is available only in eligible cases, such as:

Product received in damaged condition
Wrong product received against the order placed

The replacement request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To process any replacement claim, a clear package opening video is mandatory. The video should show the sealed package being opened and the product condition clearly.

Any product sent back for replacement must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging.

No Return / No Replacement Items

Return or replacement will not be applicable for the following items:

Rubber bands
Pouches
Resin slingshots
Fishing darts
Basic slingshots
Fishing Reels
Customized products
Products costing below ₹999 per piece/set
Electronic items
Other similar slingshot accessories or imported unique custom products

Return Shipping Address

If our team approves a replacement or return shipment, please send the product to the below address through any reliable courier service. Please keep the courier receipt and share a copy with us.

Refund Policy

Refund will be applicable only in approved cases. If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 1 to 7 business days, after deducting applicable shipping charges, handling charges, and any damage cost, if applicable.
